Spring Flowers

Our Spring flowers are all in bloom. My daffodils are almost finished blooming. My tulips probably have another week until they are finished. My prairie lilies have their leaf stalks up and the buds are starting to form. I even have figs on my tree right now and all of my Hellebore are blooming like crazy.

In keeping with flowers, here is the first card in my next trio of watercolour flower cards.
I first want to utilize retired papers to create these cards. I stamped the background with an image from Jumping Geometrics in Cranberry ink . I added Ruby Baker's Twine and also some Clear Sparkles and Silver Sequins coloured with my Shin Han alcohol markers.

The flower was stamped with Canary pigment ink, on watercolour paper. I embossed it with clear embossing powder, then used Cranberry and Canary ink to colour it in.

All supplies are Close To My Heart except watercolour paper.
