A special request card

Recently, I was thrilled when a customer at one of the coffee shops I sell cards at, asked if I would make a special card. This is the card I created.
This card was for a gal graduating to high school and her favourite colour was green. It was her Grandmother who had stopped for a coffee, saw my cards, and inquired if I did special requests. Well, of course I do and I set out to make this card as special as I could.

This card is 5.7 and uses patterned paper from retired Lucy; Dotty For You; and Chantilly. The base is a White Daisy, so I coordinated sentiments with that, then have Whisper and Lagoon cardstock, also. I used our wonderful Houndstooth Irrestible Dimensional Elements Alphabet for the name. I rubbed some Pear ink on then either stamped or wrote with Lagoon or Whisper ink. I added some Sweet Leaf Bigger Brads and Sweet Leaf grosgrain ribbon.

All supplies are Close To My Heart.
Paper: Lucy; Dotty For You; Chantilly
Stamp: For Every Occasion
Markers: Whisper; Lagoon
Ink: Lagoon; Desert Sand
Embellishments: Sweet Leaf Bigger Brads and Grosgrain ribbon
Tools: Art Philosophy and Artiste Cricut cartridges

  1. Lots of pretty elements to this card. That honeycomb paper from Lucy was my favorite from that kit. I'm hoarding it. LOL
